Consulting on acceptance of fire fighting and prevention

a. The design ensures the requirements for fire fighting and prevention; take responsibility for the quality of the designed products during the construction and use of the works;

b. Carry out author supervision during the construction and installation of works;

c. Participate in project acceptance testing.

a. Submit the fire fighting and prevention approval dossier as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 16 of this Decree;

b. Organize the construction according to the approved design. In case there is a change in fire fighting and prevention design and equipment during construction, the investor must explain or supplement the design and have to be re-approved;

c. Organizing inspection, construction supervision and acceptance of works;

d. Ensure safety in terms of firefighting, and work explosion prevention throughout the construction process until acceptance, handover using.

a. Construction according to the approved design;

b. Ensure the safety of fire fighting and prevention, and explosion prevention under their management throughout the construction and installation process until handing over the work;

c. Prepare completion documents, prepare documents to serve the acceptance of works and participate in the acceptancing of work.

a. Appraise and approve fire fighting and prevention contents and requirements for projects and designs in accordance with standards and regulations of law and must ensure the time limit for approval specified in Clause 4, Article 16 of the Decree. This;

b. Inspecting fire fighting and prevention equipment and means before installation, inspecting the construction and installation of fire and fighting equipment in accordance with the approved design; inspect the safety of fire and fighting during the construction and check and accept the works;

c. Participating in the acceptance test and issuing documents on fire fighting and prevention for works subject to fire and fighting appraisal and approval.
